The verdict

Invigor Medical is one of the few providers here with a genuine, itemised price list rather than a teaser: sermorelin injection at $220.50 for 8 mg, $270.50 for 15 mg and $310.50 for 20 mg, plus an oral version at $192. The doctor consult, the pre-mixed vial, syringes and alcohol swabs are inside those numbers, and the state exclusions are published. The catch is the billing cycle. Invigor charges every four weeks, not every month, which is thirteen charges in a calendar year — so the 8 mg plan is about $2,866 a year, not the $2,640 a monthly reading of the same number implies. That is roughly one extra charge nobody budgets for.

The billing cycle, not the sticker. Invigor bills "every 4 weeks," which is thirteen charges a year rather than twelve — an extra $220.50 nobody plans for. Two smaller ones sit beside it: the advertised "$220" is a rounded-down $220.50, and the oral product's $163 is a first-month price against a $192 standing rate.

Not published. Invigor names no compounding facility and gives no 503A or 503B designation, so the pharmacy behind the vial is not something a buyer can check.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Where you can get it

Partially published, and it differs by product. The injectable is listed as not available in Alabama, Arkansas, Minnesota or North Carolina; the oral version is not available in California. There is no affirmative all-50-states claim.

The honest cons

The part they would rather you skipped

Once a practitioner has reviewed your order, it is final — Invigor's own terms say they cannot cancel or refund at that point, and they are candid that the reason is that the medical provider is paid immediately on review. Cancellation is not self-serve either: you have to email or telephone support, and you have to do it at least seven days before renewal, on a cycle that can bill early. That is a lot of friction stacked in front of stopping a recurring charge. Their homepage "as seen on" wall of major-outlet logos is also largely non-clickable decoration rather than linked coverage.
