The peptide price transparency index
22 peptide-therapy and telehealth providers, with the price they advertise set beside the price you actually pay every month — and, where the two differ, exactly which lever explains it.
The finding
5 of 22 providers publish a price you can actually pay month to month.
2 publish no price at all, and 7 advertise a figure without saying what it commits you to. Every count on this page is computed from the table below, not typed into it.
Straight talk: how we earn — some, not all, of these are affiliate links; start a program through one and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Straight about the rest, too: the write-ups say what each provider is actually worth, and a commission does not change a word of them. Full disclosure here.
5 / 22
publish a price you can actually pay month to month
2 / 22
publish no price anywhere on their public site
7 / 22
advertise a figure without saying what it commits you to
9 / 22
attach a membership, an auto-refill, or a required lab panel
What the data says
Where the true month-to-month price can be reconstructed at all, it runs 18–40% above the number the provider advertises.
That gap is not modelled — it is the provider's own published discount math or component pricing, added up. 2 of 22 providers publish everything needed to work out the real number and never print the total themselves; the arithmetic for each one is below.
The index
39 provider records across 3 product categories, each one read off the provider's own site on the date shown. A provider selling in two categories appears once per category, because its pricing can differ per product — the counts above treat it as one company.

The numbers they publish everything about except the number
3 providers publish every input needed to work out what you will be billed, and never print the total. Reconstructing it is the single most useful thing this index does, so the arithmetic is shown rather than asserted.
Strut Health
Sermorelin
$119 → $145/mo
+$26 a month (22% above the advertised figure)
$119 ÷ (1 − 18%) = $145. The provider states the auto-refill price and the size of the auto-refill discount, but never prints the one-off price. $119 ÷ (1 − 0.18) reconstructs it.
Strut Health
Recovery peptides (sermorelin-led)
$119 → $145/mo
+$26 a month (22% above the advertised figure)
$119 ÷ (1 − 18%) = $145. The provider states the auto-refill price and the size of the auto-refill discount, but never prints the one-off price. $119 ÷ (1 − 0.18) reconstructs it.
Hone Health
Recovery peptides (sermorelin-led)
$130 → $155/mo
+$25 a month (19% above the advertised figure)
Medication $130 + Membership (Basic tier) $25 = $155/mo. Both recurring components are published separately and never added up. The cheapest membership tier is used, so this is the floor, not the typical bill — Premium is $155/mo. A $65 biomarker panel is charged upfront on top and is not part of the recurring figure.
Providers that publish no price at all
2 of the 22 companies tracked show no dollar figure anywhere on their public site. You have to complete an intake — and hand over your contact details and medical history — before you can find out what it costs. That is a pricing decision, and it is recorded here as one.

How this index is built
One question, asked the same way every time
If you signed up today and changed nothing — no prepay, no auto-refill, no promo code — what would your card be charged next month? That number is the only one this index treats as the price.
Primary sources only
Every figure was read off the provider's own public website and dated. No estimates, no modelled prices, and no numbers taken from third-party articles — several of which quote figures for providers that publish none.
Blank cells are findings, not gaps
Where a provider does not publish enough for the real monthly cost to be known, the cell stays empty and says so. Filling it with a plausible number would destroy the only reason to trust the rest.
Arithmetic is shown, never hidden
Two providers publish everything needed to reconstruct a price they will not print — a discount percentage, or the separate parts of one bill. Those figures are computed and the working is printed beside them.
The index is generated from the same provider records that power our ranked boards, so a price corrected on a board is corrected here in the same edit — there is no second copy to fall out of date. Each structured figure is tied to a verbatim quote from the verified record it came from, and an automated check refuses to publish a reading of a price whose quote no longer matches. In practice that means a changed price stops the index rather than ageing quietly inside it.
What this page does not do: rank, recommend, or score. Ordering follows each source board's own order, and no figure here was adjusted for any commercial relationship. Some providers listed are advertising partners of this site — see our disclosure. If you want our opinion rather than the raw record, that lives on the ranked boards, clearly labelled as an opinion.

Peptide Sport Price Transparency Index, Peptide Sport, https://peptidesport.com/price-transparency-index (verified July 2026).
An empty “true month-to-month” cell is a finding, not a missing value: it means the provider does not publish enough for the real monthly cost to be established. Please do not report it as unknown data.
Prices were checked against each provider's own site on the dates shown and can change without notice; re-check before you buy. This page is informational and not medical advice, and nothing here is a claim that any peptide works. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and growth-hormone peptides such as sermorelin are banned year-round in tested sport — a legal prescription does not change that. Talk to a licensed clinician about whether any programme is appropriate for you.
