Provider review

AgelessRx review

Names its pharmacy category and charges no membership

One of the only providers on either board that states plainly it uses 503A compounding pharmacies, includes needles and syringes, and adds no platform fee on top of the medication.

Verified July 2026

Straight talk: how we earn — some, not all, of these are affiliate links; start a program through one and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Straight about the rest, too: the write-ups say what each provider is actually worth, and a commission does not change a word of them. Full disclosure here.

The verdict

AgelessRx sells sermorelin as an injection starting at $99 for a one-month supply, and as a nasal spray at $199 a month. Two things set it apart on this board. First, it names its pharmacy category — its own FAQ says partner pharmacies are 503A compounding pharmacies — which almost nobody else here does. Second, there is no membership: the video consult is free of charge and the medication is the only recurring line. Needles and syringes for the full titration schedule ship with the order, and shipping is free. The weak spot is that the injection page never states its billing cadence or its post-promotional rate, while the nasal-spray page states both — so the cleanest price on the board is also the one described the least precisely.

AgelessRx appears on our recovery-peptide provider hub. Nothing on this page is a performance claim — see the evidence review for what these compounds do and do not do.

Who it is for, and who it is not

A good fit if

  • You want the medication to be the only recurring charge, with no platform membership
  • You want a provider that will tell you what kind of pharmacy compounds your vial
  • You want needles and syringes for the whole titration schedule included rather than sourced separately
  • You want a nasal-spray option and are willing to pay $199/month for it

Look elsewhere if

  • You are under 30 — AgelessRx states sermorelin is only for patients at least 30 years old
  • You live in Alaska or Hawaii, where the company says cold-shipped injectables cannot reliably reach you
  • You need it quickly: approval plus pharmacy processing plus shipping runs to a week and a half
  • You want athletic or recovery-specific coaching — this is a longevity platform, framed that way

What it actually costs

What they advertise

Sermorelin injection "Starting at $99" for a one-month supply, with a first-order discount code advertised alongside it. Sermorelin nasal spray is "$199 / month billed monthly", with a $149 first-month code.

What you actually pay, month to month

$99/month for the injection on the company's own figures, and $199/month for the nasal spray after the first-month code lapses.

The commitment trap

Mild, and only on the injection. The nasal-spray page separates the promotional first month from the $199 standing rate explicitly; the injection page shows "$99 for a 1-month supply" beside a "save up to $50 on your first order" coupon without stating a billing cadence or a post-promo rate, so the first bill and every bill after it are not clearly distinguished in the same way.

Money you will meet later

  • No membership and no consult fee — AgelessRx states video consultations are free of charge
  • Free shipping, with needles and syringes included in the shipment
  • Refunds are not guaranteed once the partner pharmacy has received the order

What is included

The cheapest headline number in this category is often the one with the least attached to it. Here is what AgelessRx bundles in, and what it does not.

Clinician consult

Yes, and free

— a 100% online medical assessment plus a video consultation at no charge. Some states require the video call.

Bloodwork / labs

Not required for sermorelin

The only published lab gate on the platform applies to high-dose metformin, not to peptides.

Follow-ups and dose changes

Personalised dosing with ongoing check-ins and follow-up care,…

included rather than billed per visit.

Human support

Prescriber-set titration and check-ins, but no dietitian and no…

dedicated coach.

Injection supplies

Included

— the shipment carries enough needles and syringes to complete the month's titration schedule.

Shipping

Free

Expect roughly five to ten business days after approval, on top of provider review and pharmacy processing.

Pharmacy, labs and oversight

The pharmacy

503A, stated plainly in the company's own FAQ. Product pages show passed potency, sterility (USP 71) and endotoxin (USP 85) results. That is the most specific pharmacy disclosure of any provider on either of our boards — a fact you can check rather than a reassuring adjective.

Oversight

Yes, and free — a 100% online medical assessment plus a video consultation at no charge. Some states require the video call. Personalised dosing with ongoing check-ins and follow-up care, included rather than billed per visit.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Our guide to verifying a certificate of analysis covers what to ask for.

Where you can get it

All 50 states, with one published caveat the company volunteers itself: cold-shipped injectables cannot reliably reach Alaska or Hawaii. Depending on your state you may be required to take a video call with a prescriber. No international shipping.

The honest cons

The part they would rather you skipped

Once the partner pharmacy has your order, your money is effectively committed — AgelessRx states it cannot guarantee a refund for cancellations received after that point, and shipped product cannot be returned, which leaves a cancellation window of about 48 hours before the next order processes. There is also a hard age floor of 30 for sermorelin that is easy to miss until you are deep in the intake, and every testimonial on the product page is hand-picked from Trustpilot with no aggregate rating or review count shown beside it.

  • The injection page does not publish a billing cadence or a post-promotional rate, while the nasal-spray page does
  • Refunds are not guaranteed once the pharmacy has the order, and the effective cancellation window is roughly 48 hours
  • Cash-pay only — no insurance billing of any kind
  • Longevity-platform framing rather than recovery or athlete-specific programming, and no included dietitian

None of this is unique to AgelessRx — the whole category shares it. What we hold against a provider is the part it hides, and the ways vendors hide things are catalogued in our vendor red-flags guide.

How it compares

Read this before you buy

A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.
